ScuziCampus provides ScuziCampus, a school management platform.

For school data (students, parents, staff, fees, attendance and so on) each school is responsible for the data and we are its processor: we handle it only to provide the service and on the school’s instructions. Questions about a child’s or staff member’s data should go to the school.

For our own data (school administrators who sign up, billing contacts, and visitors to this site) we decide how it is used, as described here.

Names, work email and phone of school contacts; billing and invoice details; sign-in records and security logs; and messages to our support. We use them to provide and secure the service, bill schools, and respond to support requests.

We do not track or behaviourally monitor children and do not show advertising. Schools are required to obtain a parent’s or guardian’s consent before entering a child’s data.

Providers that help us run the service: database and server hosting, file storage (Cloudflare R2) and transactional email delivery (Zoho ZeptoMail). We do not sell personal data.

Each school’s data is separated at the database level, traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, sign-in uses a one-time email code, and sensitive actions are logged.

School data is kept while the school’s subscription is active and is returned or deleted after it ends, as agreed with the school.

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data and may raise a grievance. For data held by a school, contact the school. For our own data, contact our grievance officer:
